先週Samut Sakhon県においてCovid19の大量感染者が発生した事を受け、ISHIDA TAISEISHA (THAILAND) CO.,LTD.では
同県に関わる部分に関して以下の対応を12月21日8時半より実施致しておりますのでご報告いたします。


1. Samut Sakhon県に自宅がある社員の確認

　 同県に自宅がある社員は本日より在宅勤務対応としています。

2. Samut Sakhon県に今月訪問実績のある社員への対応

　 現在会社負担でPCR検査を実施中、その後20201年1月4日までWFH(Work from home) 勤務。

3. Samut Sakhon県からの調達を2020年12月21日から2021年1月4日まで見合わせ。

4. Samut Sakhon県から調達をした物品を顧客へ納品する必要がある場合は、事前に顧客に

　 連絡を行い許可を得るまで納品待機。

 

その他に関して、政府の指示に従い対応を行います。

As there was cluster of Covid 19 in Samut Sakhon province last week, company would like to announce the preventive action regarding this issue which is effective from 8.30 on 21^st December 2020 as follows.

1. Confirmation if there is any employee lives in Samut Sakhon province

There are 3 employees lives in Samut Sakhon province. They have started the working at home from today.

2. Action to the employees who have visited Samut Sakhon province in December.

Employees go to get PCR test and work from home until 4^th January 2021. The company is covering the cost of PCR test.

3. Temporarily stop the product delivery from Samut Sakhon province from 21^st December 2020 to 4^th January 2021.

4. The products which were already delivered from Samut Sakhon province to ITP and are necessary to be delivered to client, please contact client about delivery timing in advance and deliver when getting permission to deliver from client.

Another preventive action will be announced in accordance with government announcement.

เนื่องจากมีการระบาดของโควิด 19 ในวงกว้างที่จังหวัดสมุทรสาครเมื่ออาทิตย์ที่แล้ว ทางบริษัทจึงขอประกาศนโยบายเกี่ยวกับการทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับจังหวัดสมุทรสาครดังต่อไปนี้ มีผลตั้งแต่เวลา 8.30 วันที่ 21 ธันวาคม 2563

1. การตรวจสอบว่ามีพนักงานพักอาศัยอยู่ในจังหวัดสมุทรสาครหรือไม่

ผลการตรวจสอบพบว่ามีพนักงานพักอาศัยในจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร 3 คน จึงให้ทำงานที่บ้านตั้งแต่วันที่ 21 ธันวาคม 2563

2. การปฏิบัติต่อพนักงานที่มีประวัติเดินทางไปจังหวัสมุทรสาครในเดือนธันวาคม

สำหรับพนักงานที่มีประวัติเดินทางไปจังหวัสมุทรสาครในเดือนธันวาคม ให้มีการตรวจ PCR โดยบริษัทจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่าย และให้พนักงานทำงานที่บ้าน (Work from home) จนถึงวันที่ 4 มกราคม 2564

3. ให้หยุดการจัดส่งของจากจังหวัดสมุทรสาครเป็นการชั่วคราวระหว่างวันที่ 21 ธันวาคม 2563 ถึง วันที่ 4 มกราคม 2564

4. สำหรับของที่ถูกส่งมาจากจังหวัดสมุทรสาครแล้วและจะต้องถูกส่งไปยังลูกค้า ให้ติดต่อลูกค้าล่วงหน้าเพื่อสอบถามว่าสามารถส่งของได้หรือไม่ และให้ส่งของได้เมื่อได้รับการยืนยันจากลูกค้า

การดำเนินการอื่นๆ นอกเหนือจากนี้ บริษัทฯ จะปฏิบัติตามประกาศของรัฐบาล
